Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AYMILA BILGISAYAR ITRIYAT TURIZM NAKLIYE ITHALAT IHRACAT TICARET VE SANAYI LIMITED SIRKETI ("Aymila", "we") handles personal data in connection with this website and with enquiries sent to us. It covers this website only. Our individual products and applications have their own privacy policies, published with those products.

Data controller

What we collect

• Data you send us. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and the content of your message — typically your name, email address, phone number and what you wrote about your project.
• Technical data. When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request. This is part of serving the site and keeping it secure.

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not set cookies of its own. There is no contact form and no account registration on this site.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and commercial record-keeping where a business relationship results. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Who has access

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as far as they need it:

• Website hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes server request data as described above.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them as part of that request.
• Email. Our email provider processes messages you send to us.

These providers may process data outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are made under the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not otherwise transfer your data to third parties, except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and after that is deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it — commercial and tax records in Türkiye are generally kept for ten years. Hosting request logs are kept for the short retention period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you have the right to ask us whether we process your data, to get a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted or to object to it, and to receive your data in a portable form. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu), or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the European Economic Area.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
