Yolzz Pro

Yolzz Pro is a booking website and admin panel that runs on a car rental company’s own domain. Vehicles, offices and prices are managed by the company from its own panel — no developer needed for day-to-day changes.

At many rental companies, demand arrives either through intermediary sites or over the phone. A company that cannot take bookings from its own site around the clock either loses out-of-hours demand or pays commission on every booking. Yolzz Pro was built for exactly that gap.

Who it is for

Car rental companies — from single-office operators to companies with several offices and airport delivery, up to those running a dealer network.

Customers book in three steps

• Search and availability — office, date and time are selected; available vehicles are listed.
• Vehicle choice — class, price and conditions side by side.
• Booking — details are entered, the record is created and lands in the panel.

What the panel covers

• Online booking, around the clock — out-of-hours demand is captured too.
• Fleet and availability — vehicles, classes and availability stay under the company’s control.
• Multiple offices and one-way — return at a different branch, with a one-way fee.
• Location pages and SEO groundwork — city and airport pages are generated.
• Campaigns and coupons — discount rules defined from the panel.
• Blog, pages and FAQ — content stays in the company’s hands.
• Appearance — colour and layout settings belong to the company.

Türev integration

For companies that manage their fleet in Türev, vehicles and availability can be read directly from it:

• Branches in Türev are pulled into the panel and matched with the offices on the site.
• When a customer picks a branch, date and time, available vehicles and prices are read from Türev at that moment; if the return is at a different branch, the one-way fee is included.
• A booking is written to the site’s own records first, then sent to Türev. If the connection fails at that moment the record is not lost; it can be resent from the panel.

What Yolzz Pro does not do

Yolzz Pro is a booking site and admin panel, not rental operations software (ERP). For the following you continue with your existing software or the official system:

• No KABİS reporting. The handover notification required in Türkiye is filed through the Directorate General of Security’s own system, or through operations software that offers that connection.
• No online card collection. A booking is created without taking payment; you collect payment your own way.
• No e-invoicing, accounting or toll tracking. A link to your accounting software is discussed separately if needed.

Setup

• Conversation — office and fleet size, and any existing system.
• Installation — the site is brought up on the company’s domain.
• Vehicles and training — the fleet is entered, the panel is demonstrated.
• Launch — the site goes live.

Pricing

An annual subscription with three packages: Başlangıç (Starter), Profesyonel (Professional) and Kurumsal (Enterprise). Current package prices, and the work that is charged separately, are written out on the product’s own pricing page.

Data and domain

The domain is registered in the company’s own name; site content, vehicle and booking data belong to the company.

Languages

Turkish and English.
